This litter box arrives partially disassembled, with a really “generous” set of accessories: the scoop, a sand-catching mat (perhaps a bit too small) and a brush for best cleaning the litter box itself. It consists of a “closed” structure, with a top opening and another larger front one protected by a swinging door. The bottom of the litter box, which will actually contain the litter, is a kind of drawer that slides into the structure to facilitate cleaning operations.
In fact, as far as this drawer is concerned, cleaning is really simple; there’s a sort of front plastic handle that helps extract the drawer, and the drawer itself is made of aluminum, so it resists cat urine and is easier to clean. My 3 cats (5, 7 and 8.5 kg) all wanted to try it right away, and they continued to use it for over a month, along with the other 2 open ones they usually used and that I placed alongside this new one.
At first I was really enthusiastic about this novelty; the pull-out drawer seemed like a clever idea for cleaning the litter, but almost immediately I realized that fundamentally it was like cleaning an open litter box, with too many drawbacks: the drawer is too shallow, so either you put very little litter (but that’s not enough to solve the problem) or the cats, digging and trying to cover their waste, throw litter against the inner walls of the covered litter box. This causes two other problems: first, when pulling out the drawer all the litter falls to the bottom of the litter box, but above all the second problem — since the inner walls are “stepped”, the dug litter settles inside these steps and as it dries becomes truly impossible to remove.
Also, I don’t understand why, I also found urine against the small door which, swinging, caused it to drip onto the “handle” and the outside (fortunately I had put down mats that prevented it from getting on the floor).
In conclusion, great idea, good size, easy assembly, interesting accessory kit… too bad about the drawer being too shallow and the inner walls not being “smooth”.
For the cost, I can’t recommend it.

After less than a month of use, the basin already has stains from the cat’s urine (a steel basin that shouldn’t have this problem and was the reason I bought it). Also, the pull-out drawer is too low, so the litter inside, with the cat’s digging action before and after using it, rises above the drawer’s height level. This means that when you pull it out, all the litter above the level falls inside and defeats the purpose of convenience the drawer should have, because litter spills inside the litter box and all over the floor.
I’m updating my review and changing it to 5 stars because, given my total dissatisfaction and disappointment after the purchase, the seller offered and provided me with a full refund of what I spent. So the seller’s promptness, correctness, kindness and helpfulness are to be appreciated.

I’ve already used steel litter boxes and continue to find them unbeatable for ease of cleaning and durability. This one in particular is larger than the ones I had in the past, and my elderly cat moves around better inside it.
The only detail I didn’t find practical is the plastic piece that raises the sides: it’s quite high and, for a large cat that’s no longer agile, made entry a bit uncomfortable. I noticed this after the first few days and solved it simply by removing it and using only the steel basin, which remains perfect even on its own.
The included scoop is functional and has a hook to attach to the edge of the litter box; without the plastic support it can still be hung, although you lose the scoop holder (which I don’t consider essential anyway).
The only real flaw is the included mat: with such a large litter box, its size is really too small, so much so that it’s almost useless. It would have been better to include a proportionate one, or not include it at all.
Overall though, it’s a solid, durable, easy-to-clean litter box made with quality materials. It arrives complete with steel basin, additional plastic support, scoop, scoop pocket, mat and non-slip rubber feet. A choice I recommend and would buy again without doubt.

The litter box we wish we’d found much sooner. It’s true that the price makes you hesitate at first, but once you have it in hand you quickly understand why.
The design is understated and discreet, nothing like the classic boxes you try to hide in a corner. It blends well into a room without standing out. The plastic is good quality, solid and not at all fragile, and the whole thing is light enough to move effortlessly.
The removable inner tray is really the main asset: you take it out, clean it, put it back in seconds. No more tedious kneeling cleanup with a shovel.
The transparent swinging door is well thought out; cats take to it easily and you can remove it completely if needed. The size is generous, suitable for both small and large cats.
The two carbon filters on top really do their job; combined with the airtight nature of the box, odors stay well contained. That’s clearly what makes the difference in everyday home life.

We are a foster family for cats and kittens. We’ve used quite a few litter boxes. Until now they’ve been plastic and unfortunately too often end up in the trash: cats scratch the bottom and sides and with waste they end up stained and unpleasant. This litter box is stainless steel and that changes everything! Cleaning is a simple formality. A spray of water and it’s like new. The edges are nice and high, only the entrance is fairly low, even for very young kittens. The high-edges/low-entrance design helps prevent urine sprays on the walls. It’s an excellent compromise compared to closed litter boxes that some skittish cats refuse to use. The side-mounted scoop holder is an excellent idea; no more hunting for the scoop. The scoop itself is very effective with its large metal mesh.
The small anti-litter mat is also a plus; we’ve noticed we have far fewer litter grains on the floor.
The product is really well thought out and well designed, we love it, our little darlings do too, and we recommend this litter box without any hesitation.

I’ve tested many cat litter boxes over the years, and this one is by far the best I’ve bought! The stainless steel tray is a real revolution: it doesn’t trap odors, doesn’t scratch, doesn’t yellow like plastic trays, and above all, it cleans in a flash. One wipe with a sponge and everything is clean, with nothing sticking!
I chose this closed box because my dog tends to disturb my kitten when he goes to the litter box. So it was essential to preserve his peace. I installed the door at first, but then temporarily removed it because my kitten isn’t used to a box with a door yet — I’m giving him a few days to get used to it. It’s really a good compromise between privacy and adaptation.
The top-entry system also prevents litter from spreading everywhere in the house, and my cat loves jumping into it. The sliding drawer is very practical for maintenance, and the scoop can be attached directly to the box, which I find super convenient in daily life.
The interior is really very spacious, even for a large cat. And the understated, modern design blends very well into my home.
In summary, a very well thought-out, functional, aesthetic and hygienic product. I highly recommend it!

This is a super spacious and very cool looking litter box. Our cat loves it!! The scooper is the best one I have ever used as it has 2 separate screens on it. Love that as it makes for very easy cleaning. The foot pad at that you put at the end of it is great for picking up the litter she still has on her paws and deposits it right into the pad which is super is easy to clean. The cat hasn’t gone near it yet – the pan is a thin standard stainless steel – I am trying this because I am tired of plastic boxes retaining smells regardless if I scoop twice a day or use expensive litter, or add the odour neutralizers. I buy a new plastic box every 60 days. They say the retained odours are due to scratches on the plastic from the scoops or the cat scratches (my cat is the cat who likes to pee on the sides – not in the middle of the box – so I always have to peel away his mess from the inside backside of the box) and they say stainless steel won’t scratch and hold smells so we are about to find out – however the advertised scoop that comes with it is very cheap – mine was broken so I’ll go to the local pet store and spend money on a well made stainless steel one.

After much research, I settled on two of these stainless steel litter trays for my kitten. I wanted one that the tray pulled out instead of having to dismantle the whole thing for cleaning. My kitten was very happy to use this straight away and even though he has grown in size considerably, he still seems very comfortable in there.
He somehow managed to open the flaps at the top that store the scent bags so I’ve had to remove them, however he’s into everything.
It does say it’s collapsible but they’re sturdy once up and I have no plans of taking them out the house.
Everything is wipe clean and feels more hygienic than the plastic setups.
I read some reviews about leakage however I’ve had no issues. Not sure if maybe the tray wasn’t pushed in all the way and resulted in a gap at the back, but everything fits together nicely.

A game changer. Switched to wooden pellet litter as well and cleaning is so much easier, less weight of litter in bin and just slides off stainless steel. No smells, easier to clean and cats love it. Was sceptical but well worth it. Cleaning takes a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend.

I do like it though because it is more compact than most litter trays, I like that the drawer comes out, and doesn’t smell in the room (although it does smell inside, possibly because it is enclosed – this might be why the cat doesn’t use it much after the first few days even though I clean her litter trays 2-3 times per day and have tried the litter tray deoderiser spray and adding the deorderant powder to the litter). The reasons I like it are probably the same reasons my cat prefers the other ones though. If I only had this type she would use it

This is a fabulous litter tray and a significant upgrade from our previous fully plastic one.The litter box is a great size with high sides which help to keep the litter in the tray rather than all over the floor. There are two entrance/exit points, a flap at the front (which can be removed), and an opening in the roof. This gives the cats options and stops them from feeling trapped.
The tray itself is stainless steel which means that it is easy to clean, and will not trap odour or bacteria. It slides out of the bottom of the box for easy scooping and cleaning. The litter box also comes with a litter scoop, litter trap mat and a small brush.
The litter box can be collapsed down for storage and transportation although this is a little hard to do so I wouldn‘t imagine anyone using this feature on a regular basis.
All in all, I am very happy with this litter box. The area around the litter box is now much cleaner and there are no odours. My cats are happy to use it. As the tray is stainless steel, I expect this litter box to last for years so I do consider it good value for money. I am happy to recommend this product.

Be careful about cleaning! The enclosed feature traps the smell of ammonia, which may repel cats from entering the litter box. One needs to remove the enclosure to clean thoroughly to make sure no ammonia lingers. It is more for the convenience of pet owners, than for the benefit of cats. I felt this was a 5-star design, but one of my two cats refused to go inside after a month and did her business outside, until the other cat also stopped entering it after 2 months. One needs to pay extra attention and be diligent and vigilant.

Unfortunately not as great as advertised. The biggest point of buying was the ‘smell free’ concept. It’s absolutely not smell free, wouldn’t even say smell reduced.
This can’t be used with conventional litter tray liners either because the tray doesn’t slide in or out.
Construction wise it’s pretty robust, that’s the only redeeming feature. Because of the above reasons though, it’s not even on par with a standard litter tray for a third of the price. Not really fit for purpose, just dressed up as a fancy stainless steel litter tray.

It‘s a stylish and clever designed cat litter box. I looked around at those fancy automatic cleaning boxes, which cost a small fortune. Clever as they may be, I chose this one as it has a drawer which you slide out and slide back in again. I use a flushable tofu cat litter which is brilliant. You only need to scoop out the clumps and empty down the loo. Besides the ease of maintenance it’s not bad looking either. It comes with a neat anti track mat which traps any litter picked up in the cat’s paws, which just drops onto the honeycomb pattered mat which is dual layered and has an opening at one end, just tip out any litter back into the drawer.It’s shape is neat and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sections that make up this attractive litter box. I found it easy to assemble until it came to putt the acrylic swing door in place. It does fit even though you think it won’t. Just be careful when fitt. You need a fair amount of pressure and finger crossing until it finally pops into place. My new cat has no problem using it.
Best of all the litter tray is made from stainless steel and is really deep so it’s easy to clean and unlike plastic litter trays it will not discolour or get smelly even if you’ve cleaned it thoroughly.
So it’s a winner all round.

I like it, it went together OK but the door was a bit fiddly to slot in. The cat approves so that‘s a bonus. The down side is that it’s expensive for what it is but I particularly chose this because it has 2 compartments on the top for odour control and the activated charcoal bags came in it which is good. I also bought some separate ones as I can’t stand the smell of cat litter trays. My cat 18 now and he hasn’t used little trays often during his life but now he’s old I thought I should keep one in the house as he doesn’t go out as much. I see this cat litter tray as investment with being stainless steal too so I’m hoping it won’t smell as much. Only time will tell about the smell but here’s hoping 😄. I was initially pleased with this litter box. The pull out tray and stainless steel make it easier to clean. It was reasonably easy to put together and feels sturdy. However… I started to notice it really smelt bad even after a thorough clean. To begin with I put it down to one of my cats being unwell but I realised that as he tray isn‘t that deep, if a cat pees near the side it leaks, especially if they have “elevator butt” >< Alas, I only discovered it did this when I got the black light out and examined the carpet underneath! I've tried persevering now I have a one cat household but alas I've had another couple of leakages so I'm going to have to replace, which is annoying after only around 3 months use. Athough the box is a decent size, the way the flap is hinged part way down means my cat has to squish herself to get in and out. Also, the plastic is heavier so takes more effort to get in and out, which my cat's not keen on, though she got used to it. So in summary I really want to recommend this box, I do not (unless perhaps you have a small to medium cat that only ever pees in the centre of a litter tray).

The litter box we wish we’d found much sooner. It’s true that the price makes you hesitate at first, but once you have it in hand you quickly understand why.
The design is understated and discreet, nothing like the classic boxes you try to hide in a corner. It blends well into a room without standing out. The plastic is good quality, solid and not at all fragile, and the whole thing is light enough to move effortlessly.
The removable inner tray is really the main asset: you take it out, clean it, put it back in seconds. No more tedious kneeling cleanup with a shovel.
The transparent swinging door is well thought out; cats take to it easily and you can remove it completely if needed. The size is generous, suitable for both small and large cats.
The two carbon filters on top really do their job; combined with the airtight nature of the box, odors stay well contained. That’s clearly what makes the difference in everyday home life.
A slightly higher investment than average but largely justified in the long term 😌

I received this litter box through the Vine program, and I’ve been testing it for several days with my three cats: two Maine Coons and a Bengal. The box is very well made — the stainless steel structure makes a big difference compared to plastic ones that deteriorate or absorb odors over time. You can tell it’s a good quality product, easy to clean and built to last. The sliding tray works without problems, the top lid helps contain odors, and it comes with a useful scoop and a mat that prevents some litter from getting out.
But if you have large cats… don’t expect miracles. The XL size, in practice, falls very short. My Maine Coons fit inside, but they don’t have room to move. It looks like an XS box compared to their size. The Bengal gets in better and moves around without problem, but still doesn’t feel completely comfortable — you can tell he’s in the adaptation phase.
For medium or small cats, I think it’s perfect. But for large breeds, like Maine Coons, this box isn’t enough. If there were an XXL version, double the capacity, I’d buy it without hesitation. For now, I’m keeping it in use, but only for the Bengal or in case of emergency.

We’ve been using many closed litter boxes, mainly for odor issues, and so far this one isn’t disappointing. At the top it has two slots for charcoal bags to neutralize odors (I don’t know how long this will last), which means it doesn’t give off too much odor outward. Assembly was very easy, all the material is plastic except for the tray which is steel; when extracting it for cleaning, it’s very comfortable, and so far we haven’t found any residue stuck to it.
I would have liked the flap door to be a bit bigger, but that would reduce the space of the drawer itself. Even so, my cats go in and out without any problem. The price is perhaps a bit high when we saw it (around €65); if you get a good deal, it’s well worth it.

I had to rest the entire litter box on a tray because I found urine on the floor and it leaks litter. Also inside I had to put another tray between the base and the steel box at least to contain everything, because that 35° incline they talk about is useless; there are too many gaps from which anything can escape. I almost miss the old closed plastic litter box. (I’m attaching photos showing how urine doesn’t slide into the steel basin as it should, spreading everywhere)

This litter box arrives partially disassembled, with a really “generous” set of accessories: the scoop, a sand-catching mat (perhaps a bit too small) and a brush for best cleaning the litter box itself. It consists of a “closed” structure, with a top opening and another larger front one protected by a swinging door. The bottom of the litter box, which will actually contain the litter, is a kind of drawer that slides into the structure to facilitate cleaning operations.
In fact, as far as this drawer is concerned, cleaning is really simple; there’s a sort of front plastic handle that helps extract the drawer, and the drawer itself is made of aluminum, so it resists cat urine and is easier to clean. My 3 cats (5, 7 and 8.5 kg) all wanted to try it right away, and they continued to use it for over a month, along with the other 2 open ones they usually used and that I placed alongside this new one.
At first I was really enthusiastic about this novelty; the pull-out drawer seemed like a clever idea for cleaning the litter, but almost immediately I realized that fundamentally it was like cleaning an open litter box, with too many drawbacks: the drawer is too shallow, so either you put very little litter (but that’s not enough to solve the problem) or the cats, digging and trying to cover their waste, throw litter against the inner walls of the covered litter box. This causes two other problems: first, when pulling out the drawer all the litter falls to the bottom of the litter box, but above all the second problem — since the inner walls are “stepped”, the dug litter settles inside these steps and as it dries becomes truly impossible to remove.
Also, I don’t understand why, I also found urine against the small door which, swinging, caused it to drip onto the “handle” and the outside (fortunately I had put down mats that prevented it from getting on the floor).
In conclusion, great idea, good size, easy assembly, interesting accessory kit… too bad about the drawer being too shallow and the inner walls not being “smooth”.
For the cost, I can’t recommend it.

We were looking for a litter box with a stainless steel tray, as they are easier to clean. The litter box is stylish, can be set up quickly and easily, and the pull-out tray really saves a lot of time since you don’t have to remove the lid. The included mat catches a lot of litter and just needs to be flipped open from the side and emptied. We also noticed that odor development is significantly reduced compared to plastic trays. It was also immediately accepted by both of our tomcats. We are very satisfied with the cat toilet and would buy it again 🙂

I was a bit disappointed when opening this package, I was expecting a fully stainless steel litter box, and not just a stainless steel tray. The outside frame is very flimsy plastic. It was extremely easy to piece together as it literally just clips together with plastic pieces pretty much. It does not fold, you have to remove each wall piece if you want to fold it for storage. There is no handle on the top so once it is put together, picking it up is uncomfortable and I was worried it was going to fall apart. Giving it 3 stars because it is a nice size, and the appearance isn‘t terrible but I was expecting much better for this price! I would search other options before recommending someone spend this much on a piece of plastic.

Overall, the product works exactly as it should. However, it technically arrived damaged. The bottom of one of the litter pans has a dent in it that covers about 1/4th of the bottom. The only other issue I experienced was the plastic piece is supposed to snap on to the top… it technically did so, but it was VERY difficult. I had to use all my force and I barely got the two pieces attached…
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for… if you’re on a budget, this will work.

The cat hasn’t gone near it yet – the pan is a thin standard stainless steel – I am trying this because I am tired of plastic boxes retaining smells regardless if I scoop twice a day or use expensive litter, or add the odour neutralizers. I buy a new plastic box every 60 days. They say the retained odours are due to scratches on the plastic from the scoops or the cat scratches (my cat is the cat who likes to pee on the sides – not in the middle of the box – so I always have to peel away his mess from the inside backside of the box) and they say stainless steel won’t scratch and hold smells so we are about to find out – however the advertised scoop that comes with it is very cheap – mine was broken so I’ll go to the local pet store and spend money on a well made stainless steel one.

Be careful about cleaning! The enclosed feature traps the smell of ammonia, which may repel cats from entering the litter box. One needs to remove the enclosure to clean thoroughly to make sure no ammonia lingers. It is more for the convenience of pet owners, than for the benefit of cats. I felt this was a 5-star design, but one of my two cats refused to go inside after a month and did her business outside, until the other cat also stopped entering it after 2 months. One needs to pay extra attention and be diligent and vigilant.

I honestly regret buying this litter box, but I guess I am stuck with it now. I will clean it up and donate it to someone who frequently fosters kittens. Because that‘s what it’s suitable for – kittens. But you will have to take the scary, heavy plastic door off.
I was looking for a replacement for our old plastic, enclosed litter boxes, and of course, the stainless steel is the most appealing choice. I run a mini cat cottage, and we have a few boarders. I can not tolerate the “cat” smell, and with the old plastic ones, I had to clean each of our four boxes twice, maybe three times a day. I was looking forward to getting the stainless steel ones because they have less smell and are easier to clean.
Since it’s challenging to rely on photos and AI-generated descriptions for most Amazon items, I ordered three different styles. Fortunately, I didn’t order all three of this one, even though the pull-out tray, design, colour, and, of course, the stainless steel tray made this box ideal.
I have one miniature cat, who I thought would appreciate this box.
I checked the measurements before ordering, of course. The measurements include the space for litter, therefore, diminishing the actual headspace. The miniature cat would only use this box if I removed the heavy, scary plastic door.
The real downside is that if your kitty deposits something there and creates a little litter pile on it, that seemingly so convenient pull-out feature becomes your nightmare. As you pull the tray to clean it, the deposit gets smeared all over the top plastic near the entry door. The tray is simply TOO SHALLOW for the great idea of a pull-out.
The little litter-catching mat is great, but you have to move it every time to pull out the tray. The scooper is okay, but since it’s made of plastic, it will need to be replaced a few times during the box’s lifetime. Unfortunately, there is no permanent hook on the side.
Again, the money is basically paid for the stainless steel pan and the inconvenience of smeared cat poop.
No, this litter box is not for large or even medium cats.

The overall quality of this stainless steel cat litter box is not bad. The metal material looks very strong. It also comes with a cat litter shovel and a mat, which is very convenient to clean. The cat is a little unaccustomed to the front entrance at the beginning, and it needs to get used to it for a few days. The drawer design is indeed more convenient to clean than ordinary cat litter boxes, but it is relatively heavy and not very convenient to move. The design needs to be improved. Although it can control the smell, sometimes the lid is not tight, and the smell will still come out. It can be used by small or large cats. Overall, it can be used, but there are not many highlights.

This is a stainless steel litter box with a collapsible heavy duty plastic outer shell and frame. The stainless steel drawer slides out for easy scooping, which makes daily cleaning a lot simpler than reaching down into a deep pan. Assembly was very straightforward. Everything just snaps together and took only a few minutes with no tools.
Our heaviest cat is around 15 pounds, and the structure feels sturdy enough to support him when he uses the top entry instead of the side flap door. I was happy with that because some enclosed or collapsible boxes feel flimsy, but this one holds its shape well and doesn’t wobble. He‘s able to easily fit inside despite his size, as well. The top entry option is nice for helping contain litter tracking, too.
The main reason I wanted stainless steel is because it doesn’t absorb odor or stain the way plastic does. That’s why I found it a little odd that the design mixes stainless steel with so much plastic. The drawer itself being steel is great, but the surrounding plastic kind of defeats part of that odor resistant benefit since smells can still cling to those areas over time. I would have loved to see more of the structure made from steel for that reason.
It also comes with a plastic scoop that feels pretty cheap and flimsy compared to the rest of the box. We’ll be swapping that out for a stainless steel scoop to match and hopefully keep everything easier to sanitize.
Overall, it’s easy to assemble, easy to clean, and feels durable enough for everyday use, just with a few design choices that could be improved.

Overall I’m very happy with this litter box. I went from using to scoop my liter every single day due to the smell to now I scoop once or twice a week. It’s dos great with containing the smell. At first my cats had trouble understanding how to use it due to the door, but I took the top off for a week and then put it back on once they realized how to go in and out through the front swinging door. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it’s great for my kittens, but it’s a little snug for a full size cat.

This was a backup box for kitty when we travel (yes we have a cat who like to travel with us). The one we have here at home has a back and sides but the sides only go about 2/3 the way, they don’t close in as much as this. He didn’t like how closed in it was and he wasn’t interested in staying in it long enough to use it. We took the sides off and he likes it that way. Not a big deal because we use pellets so we don’t get litter overshoot anyway.
I like stainless boxes to keep odor down. The plastic ones can hold in odor.

This litter box is functional, but is likely better for smaller cats than I have. I have four cats, and three litter boxes. Three of my four cats are of the larger size, and since this litter box has a cover, I think they feel kind of trapped in it. I had to leave the door off because they wouldn‘t use it with the door on. It is made well and easy to assemble, but the pan is a bit too shallow. It is easy to make a mess when you scoop it out. If you are just dumping everything and putting in all new litter, it is great. It is much easier to clean and more sanitary than my plastic litter boxes, and I like the charcoal filter. It also has a nice mat for in front of the box that catches the litter well and is also easy to clean and a plastic scoop which is just a standard no frills scooper.

This litter box was easy to assemble—snapped together in about 10 minutes. It’s quite large, which is perfect for my two big cats. They’re serious diggers, so I really appreciate the enclosed design that helps keep the litter contained. The metal pan is a nice bonus—I don’t hear that awful sound of claws scraping plastic anymore!
The pan itself is only about 3 inches high but holds enough litter to get the job done. I chose not to install the door (my cats are scaredy-cats!), and it’s still working great at keeping the mess in.
Smell hasn’t been an issue—I scoop at least twice a day—but the top has built-in filters, which is a nice touch. Just wish the instructions mentioned where to buy replacements.

We‘re fortunate that our cats are female, otherwise the rather shallow metal pan and the way the sides of the box are designed combine to cause urine that is sprayed onto the box sides, above the metal pan, will drip onto the floor under the box, instead of into the pan. Some of the urine sprayed into the seams between the plastic side panels will get caught there and be smelly. If/when that occurs, disassembling the side panels to clean them isn’t an easy task.
Other cons:
That cheap plastic scoop. Went straight into the recycling bin.

A less-rigid plastic might also be in order, so it’s softer when it smacks unaware kitties in the nose (or butt)
4. The litter-catching mat is so lightweight and so slick, I almost fell. it’s now tucked under the front edge of the box. (Which seems to be working.)
5. Where do I find/buy the charcoal refills that go in the lid to absorb odor? (This is my #1 pet peeve atm. All these products needing filters, but the correct filter item number/link is never provided. Not a thing I should have to research.)
Be advised, this box is HUGE. I live in a studio apartment, and thankfully, had enough space that this didn’t have to go under the bathroom sink, else it wouldn’t have fit. Double check the listed measurements, and plan accordingly.

This is a great upgrade to the traditional litter pan. There are many excellent features with this enclosed litter box including the pull out tray for easy cleaning, the two odor filters at the top and the baffle which helps to reduce the smell. However as another reviewer previously noted, it is true that the pan itself is a bit lower in height than some other designs. So far with my cat‘s use of it I haven’t noticed any leakage, but it is something to be aware of. Another consideration is the baffle (the moveable cover which the cat must push in order to enter the box). It is reflective in bright light and sort of acts as a mirror. As a result at first my cat was upset because she thought her reflection was another cat! It’s also possible that some cats might not like the baffle at all and you might need to remove it. It is a bit on the heavy side and I feel that it might be better if it were lighter to make it easier for cats to push it. As a bonus it is nice that a litter scoop and floor mat is included.

I just received this order (literally) and was excited to get them set up. Super big sized stainless steel littler boxes! Although the only negative thing is the HARD plastic top part. It snaps onto the litter pan but is VERY DIFFICULT to do because the plastic is hard with no flexibility. You have to apply a crazy amount of pressure to snap these on! I managed to get most on but there’s a few on the second box that just wouldn’t budge. And as a result, the one piece broke 🙁. I’m disappointed with this and hopefully no more of them crack. I’m also wondering how difficult it will be to remove the top to clean the pans. These were a great price for the 2 and fast shipping. All in all, definitely a worth while purchase.

I like it, it went together OK but the door was a bit fiddly to slot in. The cat approves so that‘s a bonus. The down side is that it’s expensive for what it is but I particularly chose this because it has 2 compartments on the top for odour control and the activated charcoal bags came in it which is good. My cat 18 now and he hasn’t used little trays often during his life but now he’s old I thought I should keep one in the house as he doesn’t go out as much. This is perfect my two large cats. I was looking for something for them since all the plastic ones were a bit small and they wouldn’t fit into it. I wanted something plastic free too. As the bottom is made of steel, it does not smell and I’m changing the litter lesser than what I used to. I gave one star less as the plastic bit on the top is a bit difficult to remove, but it’s sturdy. The steel bottom is a joy to clean and wipes of easily. Otherwise it’s a fab product. It even comes with a scoop and a mat, although I had my own from before, I’ve got a spare now!

I had purchased a different stainless litter pan (size large) with side guards thinking it was the same size as the plastic pan I already owned that was failing due to acidic pee eating away at it.When I received it, it was not the same size and after my cat using it less than a week and me being tired of the litter being thrown everywhere, I ordered this XL version. It was definitely bigger and taller than the L one and closer to the size of the original pan I owned.
Anyway, cutting to the chase. This pan is not extremely thick, but this doesn‘t worry me, as it is steel and should fair better than the plastic one it is replacing (fingers crossed). The plastic lid/side cover did fit after much encouragement, but is so tight, I will never get it back off. Why is this a problem? It makes it much more challenging to empty the litter when it is time for a complete change every week.
As you can see from the photo, it does not eliminate completely the litter escaping the container, but is definitely better than the size L one (sorry, I have no pictures of the fail). I don’t expect no escaped litter since this model has no top or door to contain it all, but I haven’t trained my cat in the use of this type and likely won’t, therefore this is the expected result.
Overall I am happy with the size and containment of the litter, it gets the 4 rating because the lid was almost impossible to get on and will NEVER come off without breaking it which complicates the use for me.
I did not contact the seller to try to get another because I just needed to get a larger one in place for my sanity and couldn’t be bothered, therefore I cannot speak to the customer service of this seller.
So, in conclusion, it’s a good product for the style it is, but has some construction issues that you should be aware of, unless mine was just defective.
I would also mention that the scooper that comes with it is very generous in size and works well. It also has a small mat that goes in front of it, but I usually find these aren’t great and never work to actually help contain litter, but it’s a nice add to the bundle.

It‘s high-sided and stops the litter being kicked out.
It comes with a mat so the cat doesn’t get they’re dirty paws in the house (too badly).
It’s got a metal scoop house on the side to get the dirt from the litter box.
It actually is easy to clean (I wouldn’t leave it 30 days as the promotional material advises you can).
It doesn’t have a lid on the box, though. While I haven’t experienced any smells so far, I can see this being a potential issue.

Conclusion.

This litter box is excellent for those of you that own cats with elevator butt! I used to use a rubbermaid tote and cut a hole in the side because regular litter boxes always allowed pee to seep out at the connection points from the lid to base. This has the edge over the lip of the metal tray which allows at the moisture to end up in the litter, not the floor. I had been dealing with this for 14 years until finding this box. I love it!

They appear to be just what we wanted. The top portion was a little difficult to connect properly. Four clips snapped on perfectly. The last two are harder because of the nice, tight fit. We used a hair dryer to heat the plastic so it could flex onto the steel cat box. That worked perfectly. There was damage to the outside cardboard container which caused a dent in one of the cat boxes. I was able to “pop” the dent out except for a very small dimple. It had no effect on the performance of the box or how the top connects. Now, we just need the cats to use them.

Been usong this for a few months now. Got this style because I needed to start putting thw litter box in the kitchen and I was really worried about the smell. It isn‘t perfect but close. Usually it keeps the smell down pretty well. Usually have to be pretty forgetful before it really starts to smell. If you clean it every day or even every other day, I really don’t notice it. My cat still manages to kick some litter out but she kicks the litter more violently than any of the cats I’ve had. Still does a pretty good job of keeping most of the litter in the box, exceeded my expectations given the behavior of my cat. Sometimes she pops the door open with her butt and scratches, that’s when she makes messes. But even when she does this, the mess isn’t close to other litter boxes, this one is much better. If she scratches while entirely in the box, there really minimal litter mess. Most is what she track on her feet, she isn’t able to kick as much out.

This snaps together well and feels sturdy. I would wouldn’t store anything on top as the cat needs access, but it can support the cat without quaking. The top is ventilated and allows the litter to drop back into the box and helps reduce the amount of litter that ends up on the floor.
The box came with a scooper that hangs from the side, a brush, and a mat so altogether, it’s quite a nice package. The pull out drawer makes scooping convenient, and I love not being able to see directly into the litter box. It is a nice, large size and comes with a scooper, a detachable “litter kicker” high top, adhesive pads to protect flooring, and a n8ce size litter mat. This is a high-quality stainless steel product. It is super easy to clean, and litter clumps don‘t stick to the bottom nearly as much as in a plastic box.
This box set comes with a metal scooper and a bigger litter mat than some do – in pleased with that as those two items are sometimes in my list of minor drawbacks.

I have spent more $ than I care to mention on auto cleaning cat litter boxes. And they all end up needing cleaned every 3 days, as in emptied completely and scrubbed with bleach. And the smell never leaves.

I Recently switched from 2 dollar plastic trays and cheap clay litter to Tofu litter and to this premium cat bathroom. I use to be so sick of cleaning litter box. I think everyone does. But its good for you cat and we all need to. I have dreaded it for the longest time. This is a Massive improvement. It makes cleanup a lot easier especially with the Tofu litter there is zero smell or tracking!. I can see this product being useful for many people. It contains the litter very well with the door I can see it be very useful for people in vans and I recommend adding some sort of stopper when you drive so door stays stationary. I don’t travel with my cat though. I just see it being a useful product for people who live in vehicles with their cat. Cat is noticeably happier and comfortable. Best thing checks off all the boxes in terms of hygiene. Cat loved it immediately. She like to sit inside it. The size nice spacious for 15 lbs cat. She like to sit in it. She has trouble understanding using the door so I just removed it. Shes a real skittish cat. It does not stink. Very easy to clean I love the stainless steel tray. Because I changed to this doing a deep search for the perfect cat litter box and I found it. I wanted something that has a one way exit so i can put the litter pad outside it and it doesnt fly everywhere. It does come with its own litter pad. Very nice. Very easy to scoop. I definitely recommend getting a metal scooper though. The plastic one will stink. Improved my life so much. And my cats life. Honestly this was the perfect litter box for us. We just have 1 kitten. And Its absolutely perfect for him.. it took just 1 day for my mushu to get used to the door it has.. it keeps the dogs from getting in so he had no choice but to get used to it. Also what was so important was something to keep the smell down and this absolutely makes a huge difference.. I never smell this cat box.. however, I do usually scoop it at least once a day.. the scoop, it came with absolutely sucked, though I use a different one.. having it pull right out, makes it so easy to clean.. Once a week I will pick up the box and clean the litter that may seep out through the seam…. It can fit under a compartment without sticking out. This box is definitely worth it. Very easy to assemble! Our household has four kittens and they were not able to navigate the flip door so I just removed it and all is well now! I did buy a separate litter scoop made of metal as well as previous experience with plastic scoopers taught me they can be a pain to clean. This litter box has an all-metal bottom, and an all-one-piece high wall top to prevent errant litter from getting kicked out during use. The high walls are also good if you have a cat that has a tendency to miss the target, or is a pees high. Included is a small litter (and other) mat that is easy to clean with a simple dump. While mentioning things that were included, there is also an all-metal scoop with wide and fine catching areas, and even a handy holder that “clips” onto the side of the box. The scoop makes cleaning this litter box easier to clean than most scoops, since you don‘t need to first scoop for big clumps and then again for smaller clumps. The entire litter box is well-made with high-quality materials, and is a much better way to give your loved furry one a more private place to go potty, all without as much need to clean around the litter pan.

Finally upgraded to a bigger litter box for my cat—either the old one shrank or my cat got fat (I’m leaning toward the second option). I was starting to worry that one day he’d get stuck mid-business, and nobody wants to deal with that.
This new box is a serious upgrade. Big size, easy to clean and simple assembly.
The bottom is metal and feels super solid, so no more flimsy plastic bending under the weight of… well, you know. It even comes with a scoop you can hang on the side and an extra mat—very thoughtful.
If your cat is shy and demands bathroom privacy, this might not be the right one, but for mine? He struts in like he owns the place. Compared to my old all-plastic version, this half-metal build feels much sturdier and more durable.
Honestly, I don’t see any flaws. It’s tough, practical, and comes with everything you need. My cat approves, and since he’s the boss of the house, that means I give it 5 stars.

Easy to put together and the bottom drawer pulls out nicely. I have a kitten who saw his reflection in the swinging door and was afraid to go inside, so I removed the door and will attempt to reinstall it at a later time. Otherwise, this litterbox works very well.

Easy to clean and my cat uses it no problem. He was a little confused on how the door works but he figured it out really quickly. Biggest criticism is that without the little mat underneath the tray would slide out pretty easily but we keep the mat slightly under the tray so it cant be slid out by the cat when digging.

My cat is a big girl and tends to pee outside of the box while also kicking her litter everywhere. I decided to try this box because the lid has high walls and it is huge so should contain her pee. I appreciate the pooper scooper and mat because, aside from the litter, this set is a one stop shop for your cat. The pan is incredibly sturdy and I appreciate the little basket on the side of it for the pooper scooper. With my previous litter box, I had to try to keep the nasty pooper scooper away from other objects when not in use, but this set solves that issue. Everything stays much more sanitary and tidy now with this. Highly recommend this!

This is a surprisingly sleek looking litterbox. I love that it has high sides and that the metal is so easy to scoop litter out of and keep clean. I also love that it came with its own litter catching mat, scoop holder, and scoop. It has everything you need, except for the cats and actual litter. My kittens were in it immediately (they are at an age where a litterbox is a bathroom *and* a fun sandbox to do zoomies in), and the high sides & mat keep their litter mess down to a minimum. I‘m very happy with this litterbox and it’s accessories, and I would recommend it.

I had been considering upgrading my cat box from plastic to metal for some time but was unsure. I hate the plastic ones because they get all scratched up and are impossible to really clean well. The metal ones don‘t do that, but I didn’t know if it would be worth the extra price since they are more expensive than the plastic ones. I decided to try this one and I sure am glad. First, this thing is huge which is good because I have rather large cats. There is plenty of room for them to get in and get comfy to do their thing. It’s also deep so there is plenty of room for a good amount of cat litter for those cats (like mine) who like to dig a pit before going. Next, it has a detachable wall or shield to keep the cat litter in the box. YAY!! To make it even better, it comes with a scooper and an attachable holder for the scooper and a mat. This is the complete package and it is wonderful. You know you are old when you get excited over a new cat box. haha!

Great stainless steel litter box.It is a smaller box, so perhaps not for the chonky kitties, or just big cats. Medium and small, plus kittens would do well with this. It claimed to be XL but not what I would consider XL at all.
Was relatively easy to assemble, directions were a little lacking but it fairly intuitive to get together.
Note the litter is in a drawer type set up for easy of access, which is nice but might have some issues opening if there was a rug or carpeting underneath.
Cats are still learning to use the flap door, but could always leave that off.
There are little charcoal packs in the little hinges on top.
Scoop is nice, it has a collapseable hook to hand on either side.

I wanted to try something other than the usual plastic litterbox that after awhile you just can‘t get clean enough. I thought i would give a stainless steel litterbox a try. My cats were initially hesitant, but they use it no problem now. I like the high sides without needing a cover. One of my cats at least on one occasion that I saw jumped over the side instead of going out the front. So far there is less litter everywhere. I think they prefer the new litterbox over the other plastic one I have. So far the only thing I am not overly fond of is the metal scooper. I think the mesh is a little “weird”, but I’ll give it more time. I do like the scooper holder that attaches to either side of the litterbox, very convenient. I do have another metal scooper. I prefer metal scooters over plastic ones…easier to clean. I’ve not yet had to clean the metal litterbox…so unless that is an issue I will keep this at 5 stars.

If my cat could talk, he‘d probably demand a red carpet leading up to his “throne”. This XL stainless steel litter box is so luxurious and well made.
First off, it’s HUGE! My chunky feline now has enough room to do his business without awkwardly hanging a leg over the side.

I love the high sides… we haven’t had a single cat miss using this box.

This is a nice box! It’s a pretty good size, all of our cats are bigger and fit in it comfortably.So far it seems solid and well made.
The pull out tray is SO nice. Having to reach in and bend over the inside of a poop box is never pleasant, this is a great design.
The plastic door has been an adjustment for our cats. We removed it for the time being, one of the cats decided to try it but couldn’t get out and was certain he was in prison. Not wanting midnight meowing if they use the box we took it off for now, but it is removable which is handy

This is a great litter box. Easy to assemble. Just remove the pieces from the box and snap the sides and top on. I like the 2 charcoal filters on top. The drawer slides out very easily. It even came with the side scoop, and the little grey mat that‘s shown in the photo (the mat I wasn’t expecting as I didn’t read that it was included).I am choosing to not put the clear plastic door on mine as my kitties won’t use a litter box with a door. But I like the option that you can put it on if you want. To test it thoroughly, I did put it on and it swings quite smoothly, but my cats just are very skittish and don’t like any flaps/doors on their litter boxes. The scoop is quite small, but it’s cool because there’s a little plastic bit on the underside of the handle that when you touch it, it moves outward and forms the hook so you can let it hang from either side of the litter box.
The shipping was kind of all over the place. I placed the order on 6/12/25 and it was supposed to be arriving in 2 days. After not receiving it, I checked and my estimated delivery date changed to either 6/25 or 6/26, so I was disappointed. By 6/27 when I still had not receive it, I checked again and it was changed to 7/6. But then unexpectedly, on Monday 6/30, I was showing someone the picture of the box from my Amazon app, and it said it was delivered that day.
I haven’t had to “clean” it out yet, but it looks like the stainless steel will be really easy to clean. Not large but not small either. I have a very large one and a smaller (kitten size) one that needs replacing because it’s just too small as my cats have grown.

The height of the box is not as it appears. It is much shorter. I was hesitate to return it or keep it. I am still thinking of returning it . The picture does not give it justice. They either picked the shortest cat instead of average height cat or they modified the litter box height in the picture to look higher than the cat. I am just warning you. The picture is not that accurate… I am still keep the door open because my one year old cat is not used to enter and exit so I cannot give a review on containing the smell inside.

This is a super spacious and very cool looking litter box. Our cat loves it!! The scooper is the best one I have ever used as it has 2 separate screens on it. Love that as it makes for very easy cleaning. The foot pad at that you put at the end of it is great for picking up the litter she still has on her paws and deposits it right into the pad which is super is easy to clean. Totally love this and would recommend it for anyone who has a cat or cats. It may be a bit more money but trust me it is worth it as you will never have to buy another one. It will not wear out like the plastic ones do. Love, love, love it.

The cat hasn’t gone near it yet – the pan is a thin standard stainless steel – I am trying this because I am tired of plastic boxes retaining smells regardless if I scoop twice a day or use expensive litter, or add the odour neutralizers. I buy a new plastic box every 60 days. They say the retained odours are due to scratches on the plastic from the scoops or the cat scratches (my cat is the cat who likes to pee on the sides – not in the middle of the box – so I always have to peel away his mess from the inside backside of the box) and they say stainless steel won’t scratch and hold smells so we are about to find out – however the advertised scoop that comes with it is very cheap – mine was broken so I’ll go to the local pet store and spend money on a well made stainless steel one.

I just received this order (literally) and was excited to get them set up. Super big sized stainless steel littler boxes! Although the only negative thing is the HARD plastic top part. It snaps onto the litter pan but is VERY DIFFICULT to do because the plastic is hard with no flexibility. You have to apply a crazy amount of pressure to snap these on! I managed to get most on but there’s a few on the second box that just wouldn’t budge. And as a result, the one piece broke 🙁. I’m disappointed with this and hopefully no more of them crack. I’m also wondering how difficult it will be to remove the top to clean the pans. These were a great price for the 2 and fast shipping. All in all, definitely a worth while purchase.

Pretty nice litter box it’s a decent size although can be a little bit of a pain if you don’t follow the instructions. I wasn’t paying attention and assembled it on the base which resulted in the pieces not fitting and having to try really hard to remove them.

I purchased this litter box for my new intake foster cat pen, which is a large catio, and it works perfectly. The box sits right at the sliding door so it stays outside the pen while still being fully accessible to the cats. This gives them more room to play inside and makes cleaning incredibly easy without having to step into the enclosure.I also love that it’s stainless steel. It washes much easier than plastic and doesn’t hold odors or bacteria, which is a huge plus when you foster and need to reuse items safely between intakes. This gives me a lot more peace of mind.

Love this litter box so much. It has helped contain odour so much. I live in a small place so the smell from my open litter box before was a big problem but this completely eliminated odours. It is definitely a learning curve for cats getting in and out but it only took my cat a few days to be able to do it easily on her own. It is also really nice if you have a cat that likes to fling litter around because it keeps it contained. It is easy to clean as well. If you live in a small place or struggle with odour, this is perfect. We paid it with a litter genie for disposing the litter and now don‘t struggle with the smell. So worth it!

Additionally, there are no handles on it which I would have liked. The door into the box is pretty heavy, small kittens would have trouble. Overall a good product

It’s a great litter box. It was very easy to assemble. I love the pull out tray. Easy to clean. Some litter will hit the floor underneath it but it’s easy to lift the box and sweep underneath. It depends on your cat some like to dig a lot and others don’t. Mine likes to pee high up so she pees on the plastic cover box which I’m not happy about but other boxes are the same. I do recommend this litterbox for bigger cats. It’s easy for them to enter and turn around in. I love the stainless steel drawer as it is easy to clean and doesn’t absorb smell. Highly recommend.
